The Milton Farm Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the guest lounge. This spacious and comfortable room was originally the farmhouse kitchen and within the traditional large Cotswold fireplace is the original bread oven.

We hope that we can tempt you with a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit juice, plenty of brown and white toast, fresh tea and coffee and a breakfast cooked in our Aga. The traditional Full English Breakfast is made from locally sourced produce. The award winning sausages are made at David Athertons, our local butchers shop, and are usually pork and apple. The free range eggs are from our own hens or sourced locally.

The morning paper is available for those who enjoy catching up with the news over a hearty breakfast.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedrooms are all extremely spacious, measuring 6.5m x 5m, and are comfortable, airy and centrally-heated. All of our rooms have en-suite facilities. Each room is individually furnished and all have remote controlled televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are all non-smoking.

The front rooms have views across fields and of a tall, stone-built water tower which is an attractive and unusual landmark. The rear rooms have views of the gardens, historic traditional farm buildings and the back paddocks and fields which are usually full of livestock (watch out for calving cows!).

Families

We welcome families and can arrange beds and cots as required. We can also lend families a box of children's toys and books. High chairs and booster seats are also available.

We hope that our guests will take an interest in the farm and we will let you know if we have any newly born calves.

Maps and printed literature on local attractions are displayed in the guest lounge. There are plenty of attractions to keep an active family occupied.
