Field Rules
Before Attending a booking, please make sure you are fully aware of the rules of the Field. Failure to abide may result in any future bookings being denied.
Your Visit
- Each booking is for 60 minutes, which includes 50 minutes for exercise and 10 minutes to tidy up and leave the site.
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth handover to thenext visitor.
- On arrival, if someone is still in the field or loading their dog, please remain in your vehicle until they have fully vacated the site.
- Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your session to avoid overlap with others.

- A maximum of 6 dogs per session is allowed (provided you’ve booked for that number), with a limit of 2 vehicles per booking.
- You will receive the gate code via email 1 hour before your booking – please do not share this code with anyone else.
On Arrival
You have two options:
- Park outside the fenced field, walk your dog in on a lead, or Drive into the field through the main gate, close it behind you, and safely unload your dog inside the enclosure.
- Dogs must remain on a lead if being unloaded outside the enclosed area.
- Please report any damage or rule breaches.
Your Dog’s Health & Conduct
- All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm/tick treatments, and must not display any signs of illness such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, or lethargy.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in the field or tied to fences or objects.
- Please clean up after your dog and use the designated bin. Failure to do so may result in future bookings being refused.
Guidelines for XL Bully-Type Dogs
- We welcome well-managed XL Bully-type dogs, but the following strict conditions apply:
- Dogs must have a valid exemption certificate, be neutered, microchipped, and have public liability insurance in line with legal requirements.
- Visitors must only attend with dogs and people from their own household – no mixing with others on site.
- Dogs must be unloaded and reloaded within the secure enclosure, and the gate must be locked during your visit.
- If the dog is prone to jumping or digging near fences, they must remain on a lead or longline at all times.
- Ensure you leave the site within your time slot, allowing others timely access.
- In the event of an escape, responsibility remains with the owner.

Site Safety & General Conduct
- While every effort is made to keep the field safe and secure, you use the site at your own risk.
- The ground may be uneven, so please watch your step. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage sustained during your visit.
- Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to climb on fences, gates, or agility equipment.
- The entire site, including the car park, is strictly non-smoking.
- Dispose of dog waste in the bin provided, but please take all other rubbish home with you.
- Spare poo bags are available if needed – please only take what you’ll use, leaving the rest for others.
- Toys and equipment are for shared enjoyment – please return them to the shelter before leaving.
When Leaving
- Make sure the field and shelter are left tidy and in good condition.
- Lock the gate securely with the padlock and scramble the code before departing.
- Please vacate the premises by the end of your 1-hour slot to allow the next visitor access without delay.
